We, MNZ Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, represented by Md.Amin Bin Osman, hereby state and represent that it is our corporate intention to purchase the commodity Crude Palm Oil, in the quantity and for the price as specified in the terms and conditions as stated below. This Letter of Intent is made with full corporate authority and also responsibility of the above stated buyer.

FFA(as palmitic Acid) -5.0% Max
Moisture & Impurities (M&I)-0.25% Max
DOBI -2.31 Min

Quantity: :Total quantity of 50, 000 mt per month

Price : USD 430, 00 FOB Mother Vessel at Port Dumai Indonesia

Payment : Payment by confirmed, transferable, letter of credit (DL/C).

Delivery :To be advise by Miller

Performance Bond : 2% of the DL/C amount will be provided by seller

Inspection : Quality, Quantity and Weight by SGS or similar at the loading port at the expense of the seller.
