Inquiry about Kent RO Systems

Hi Anurag,



This is to bring to notice to the Service Team of Kent RO systems. My Kent RO was not working properly, so after â??manyâ?? calls a service person came and changed almost everything and charged nearly Rs. 3000/- for the items. After 2 days of the service my RO stopped working. I called up the service person, but he said he is busy. I called up his manager (Regional manager- Karnataka) but he said he will get back to me. It is over 1 month now and there is no Service for my Kent RO.



This mail is the last mail to the service team before I write to Mr. Mahesh Gupta. Iâ??ll also be sending the details to the Consumer Court (My warranty and the recent service Bill).
