RFQ Details

Hello my name is William Lovvorn and I am looking for a type of a rubber foam that has a medium density and that can be squeezed for long periods of time and will return to its original shape and size pressure is no longer being applied to the foam. I currenty have a manufacturer in China producing my product but we still haven't found the right material to be placed inside the product. My product is a clip like design that will squeeze together and hold different size products at the same time. The foam allows the clip to hold these different size products. We have tried using different density polyurethane foam but it is not strong enough, rips very easy and is difficult to attach to the clip with glue. I hope I gave you a good explanation of what kind of foam we are looking for. Is it possible to receive some samples of the different rubber foam material you produce? I look forward to your response.
