Dear Sirs,

We are developing a Project in the Panamanian Archipelago of Las Perlas.
We are starting the project with a 40 Villa resort of 3500 sq ft see *****

Presently we are completing the final structures for the first model unit to be installed in November.

We are presently seeking proposals for our extensive windows in our Model unit and the same specification will be used for the remaining 39 units in 2009.

We are looking for the best possible insulation-cost ratio
Prefer synthetic frames but will accept aluminum
On window/doors-opening we wish to have flush floor
On unit 1-2-4-13-19 we wish to have intelligent glass or internal blinds.

Window schedule in PFD and autocad files are attached.
