Salt as NaCI: 4%
Acid insoluble ash: 1%
Peroxide value: 10 meg/Kg Max
Histamine: 1000 ppm Max
TVN: 120 Mg/100 g Max
Packing: 50 Kg bag or 1000 Kg
Stabilized with min 150 ppm anti oxidant

Consignment should be free from hard objects, stones, metal pieces, mold, impurities, etc
