We are solar grade silicon ingots and wafers manufacturers based in Urumchi,Xinjiang, China, interested in all kinds of silicon material applicable for solar grade ingot growing, such as poly silicon, IC grade wafers(complete of broken), IC tops & tails,etc, with resistivity above 0.5 xxxxx

If the wafers you are offering are bare or polished, resistivity >0.5 xxxxx, we can bid at FOB
USD240 for whole wafers for the time being.
