RFQ Details

have share holder incorporated mining company .
This share holder company is incorporated by notary in Suriname.
If you want to invest in the goldconcession , steenslag concession, than i am willing to give you an double collateral.
The first one will be that you will get 51 % share transfered in the company through notary. And the second one is that you will get the mortgage right signed in for 5.000.000 USD on the concession ground by the goverment mortgage office.
This mean that on the concession ground than is an mortgage of 5000.000 USD given by you or your company. Than i can not sell the ground etc to another party, before you make the ground mortgage free.
I will pay you evry month 200.000 USD as profit. This i will do 12 months. After 12 month i will pay you back your 5.000.000 USD.
This mean than that you have got back your money and also did get every month 200.000 USD.
Than you will transfer back the 51 % share in the company to me and also you will pull back the mortgage right of 5.000.000 by the mortgage office on the ground and make this than mortgage free.
If investor have another option, than I am willing to consider this.
