In casting aspect, company introduces the advanced manufacture equipments such as :the international most advanced DISA230B modelling main engine from Denmark, the casting machine and the double power supply frequency conversion induction melting system from US Inductotherm Corp., Eirich RV24 Mixer from Germany, and the testing machine such as SPECTROLAB from Germany, metallographic microscope from ZIESS and ultrasonic velocity gauge. In machining aspect: company introduces new generation of world synch machine QTN200/500U CN, VTC-160AN/2PC and CN510C two kinds of vertical CNC from ***** the aspect of the testing machine of the machining, the company introduces three coordinates measuring instrument from ZIESS, roughness gauge and the profile meter from Japan Mitutoyo Corp. and so on.

From the beginning, the company applied the ISO9000 series standard positively, and smoothly passes ISO/ TS16949: 2002 quality system authentication in October 2005. The company has the abundant technical force and the perfect quality system.
