RFQ Details

To Whom It May Concern:

I am direct to two buyer mandates looking for JP54, D2, and LNG. One buyer is looking for 10M barrels of JP54 spot. Another buyer is looking for 15M barrels contract and 1M x 12 of D2.

Please send me an soft offer to ***** The buyer will need to know what is the name of the seller for due diligence. THe buyer mandate will have to have a cc with the seller mandate before submitting documentation. The NCND/MFPA will come from the seller side with at least the seller mandate on the MFPA.

If you can not provide the seller's name and/or a cc with the seller mandate before the buyer submits the ICPO and NCND/MFPA, the buyer will not move forward with the offered transaction.
