we are manfacture of solar waferfs and ingot in China.
we have 40 mono-crystal silicon pullers and 24 multi-crystal silicon casting furnaces. , so every month we need a large quantity of all kinds of silicon raw materials.such as : polished wafer , grinded wafers the top / tail of the silicon ingots and pot scrap , broken wafers. resistivity must more than 0.5ohm cm
