LED high bay light with UL

Here is what I need: High Bay type lamp 2 versions- 475 500 mm diameter- 300 400 mm tall- UL certified- Dome or shade portion of lamp to be glass- Replaceable LED array, 5500-6000K- Dimmable - preferred but not required- Input voltage = 208 - 277- Illuminance of :o Version1, min 40 lx at 10M, 130° beam angleo Version2, min 250 lx at 6M, Adjustable Beam Angle 90°-170°I am hoping you can use an array of your 30W or 60W LEDs to achieve these illuminance requirements.As discussed, I have many requirements for this type of lamp. I currently have one project requiring 1500 that will receive national attention to whoever provides the best solution. I want that to be us.I look forward to your favorable reply.
