LED Tubes replacement order

I am working at Vinci Park Services, one the major car parks company in the UK and abroad (leader of the French market for instance). We are planning to reduce our electricity consumption using LED tubes in our car parks all over the UK. We would like to test this system on one of our car parks as soon as possible.

There would be a first order of five five foot tubes due in a week, then 884 in October and then over 5, 000 by the end of the year. We have seen that you could supply our company. For that, we would need more information about the specifications of your tubes which are to replace our current fluorescent tubes and your best price for 5, 884 and 5, 000 tubes.
