RFQ Details

We need LNG, LPG etc. in large quantity, do business with refinery or refinery's mandate(end seller) only,intemediaries don't dis tueb, no any upfront fee and payment, deal CIF to China.Refinery must provide foormal SCO whith seller's letterhead, original signature and seal, we won't injure your profit, you can settle down your intrests with refinery advance,then you won't warry disclose refiner's informations, if you can't do so, then please contact me.
seller must provide PP,CP and formal SCO first!
At the same time, I am interested in petroleum products spot to China, If you have such spot, please contact me.
