DESTINATION PORT(S): North Sea Port, Miami DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Due upon each shipment request PAYMENT TERMS: Irrevocable Letter of Credit PAYMENT WILL BE MADE WITH AN IRREVOCABLE, TRANSFERABLE, CONFIRMED, REVOLVING OF CREDIT IN FAVOR OF THE SELLER. The Irrevocable Revolving Letter of Credit should be issued, confirmed and guaranteed by a top prime world bank acceptable to the Seller.
