Looking for Bank Guarantee or Standby Letter of Credit Provider,

I need a Provider issuing top 25 bank Leased instruments; willing to Accept Fee Payments from my third party funding arrangement with a Wall Street Firm. The Wall Street Firm will speak with the Provider.

The Wall Street Firm will be paying the following Fees on my behalf;
1> Leasing fees for one year; All fee payments are guaranteed thur
an ICBPO or MT799;
2> Consultant Commission fees; and
3> Swift Delivery fees. All communications and delivery will be done on a bank to bank basis. Said Fees should be included in the offer.
Borrower will not pay the instrument transmission charges.

Wall Street Firm's desired Procedures:
1> Lessee completes the DOA from the Provider. (NO Upfront Fees.)

2> The Provider signs Lessees DOA and returns it along with the
verbiage and RWA.

3> This information is given to the Wall Street Firm who will initiate
Fee payments for a bank to bank transaction on Lessees behalf.

The Wall Street Firm will become the recipient of the BG at their
funding account. They will proceed to monetize and trade the BG for 52 weeks on behalf of my nonprofit for homeless and HUNGRY children. The Wall Street Firm is very successful and highly skilled at these transactions, with over 30 years of experience.

Please get the Providers agreement to move forward based upon using our 3rd party funding arrangement.

PLEASE NOTE: Do NOT send me a DOA or Procedures unless
your Provider has agreed beforehand to work with the 3rd party funding from our Wall Street Firm. Let's not waste time in futility.
