With reference above I like to introduce ourselves as one of the leading trading company in the country based in Dhaka. Presently, we are interested to entire into a contract with full legal and corporate responsibility, international penalty of perjury to procure 12,500 MT/month Brazilian origin ICUMSA-45 Standard White Cane Sugar as per yearly contract basis valid for a period of 12 months from the date of execution. In this regard detail terms & condition with product specification mentioned below for your information and doing needful. 01. Commodity : ICUMSA-45 Standard White Cane Sugar. 02. Specification : Plantation White Cane Sugar of ICUMSA-45 standard of current crop which shall be dry and free flowing at the time of shipment and fit for human consumption & conform to the Public Health Regulations in force in the country of origin and conforming to the following specifications- a) Polarization : Not less than 99.8 degrees. b) Moisture : Not more than 0.04 percent by weight. c) Color : Sparkling White. d) Grain Size : Fine to medium. e) Radio Activity : Must not be over 50 BQ/Kg for Sugar for CS-137. 03. Country of Origin : Brazil. 04. Packing : 50.00 Kgs. PP Bag with one inner polythene layer. 05. Delivery : Delivery / Shipment shall be done by the Exporter / Shipper within 25 (Twenty Five) days from the date of receipt of 100% confirmed Documentary Letter of Credit opened by the buyer. 06. Insurance : 110% insurance shall be covered by us at our arrangement & cost. 07. PSI : Pre Shipment Inspection to be conducted by SGS regarding specification. quality & quantity of shipped goods are strictly as per description of the LC to be opened by us favouring Exporter / Shipper.
