RFQ Details

Levelling agent RB988 is according to general material as carrier, its a polyacrylate levelling agent with silicon dioxide, RB988 is applicable to all kinds of Thermoplastic and Thermosetting powder coating.


Application:
1. RB988 is abroad use to Pure Epoxy system, Hybrid system, Pure Polyester system(TGIC/primid), hydroxyalkyl-amide system, Polyurethane system and other kinds of thermosetting powder coating system.
2. RB988 can reduce the coating surface tension efficiently, decrease the orange peel and pinholes surface defects, it also can reduce the film surface tension or eliminate the fish eyes and pitting of coating, it has significant effect for increase the film gloss and images(DOI), it can improve the levelling capability and equalization performance of powder coat.
3. RB988 can be improved the wetting of base material, its propitious to air release and help to pigment dispersions, keep or increase the recoalability and adhesiveness capability of base materials.
4. RB988 does not contain any silicone component, it will not affect the recoalability-adhesiveness capability.
5. The recommend dosage is about 0.8%-1.2% of total weight, RB988 does not contain the wetting accelerant agent, the user can adjust the Formulations based on the face instance.
