license plate frames needed: custom sizes

Hello.

I am a designer and will need about 1000 pieces to start. The closest design would be like a car license plate frame with the holes for mounting to the vehicle.

Will need a mixture of the following:

metal

plastic: chrome

chrome



Some will be blank, some have words and some colors and pictures.

Can you do with figures on the plate?

Sizes of frames would be:
524mm x 112mm
285mm x 203mm
533mm x 152mm
