The liquid crystal device (LCD) parameters tester to determine the elector-optical properties of the smart glass thin PDLC films. Optical transmittance characteristics of elector-optical performance of the testing is done by the computer to obtain the appropriate parameter values, there are threshold voltage (Vth), voltage saturation (Vsat), contrast ratio (CR), off-State transmittance (Toff), rise time (ÏR) , decay time (ÏD) and applied voltage dependence of transmittance for all samples.
