Quality Control
We, had a very good team for this department and this is the most important function of our buying house. Our team of qualified experts starts their work from the stage of yarn knitting / weaving, dyeing, printing process and the pre-production samples, inline inspection and final inspection. We are providing lab test certificates to the buyers and such cases we give the certificates from some labs or specific organizations like SGS/ITS on the buyers requirement.
The Initial Inspection is ensuring the out come of finished Garments with the highest quality in all our product line. In the Inspection we check the quality of yarn, fabric and basic specifications like Gram mage, Printing durability, Color fastness and shrinkage also verify the Lab Test Reports before starting the Bulk Production
