Looking for conductive foil tapes

Dear Sir,
not sure if you can help me but maybe you can. I'm looking for a coated foil with conductive glue on it or
a laminate out of copper or aluminium with a protruding isolation foil. The material should be delivered as a stamped part acc. to the drawings attached. The foil will be used for testing activities washing machines. The washing machine will be put on the foil and tested for 3 hours. After the test has finished, the foils will be scrapped. (Leakage of the washing machines will cause a short circuit break and therefore we know that the washing machine is untight)
Are you able to produce above mentioned product? Or maybe if not, you can support me in finding the right supplier?
