Looking for E-Bike manufacturer

I am looking for manufacturer of e-bikes and conversion kits for import to US. Please submit information to me at ***** I will be in China in June '08 and would like to visit manufacturing site. Also looking for tricycle manufacturer with EPA certification for engine and DOT approval for import to US. Please submit all information to above email address. I will be in Guangzhou, Chongqing, and Shanghai areas but can travel to sites from these locations. Please advise as to location of manufacturing facility as I'm currently making my itinerary and would like to include.
