Hi

I am looking for gold seller for 200MT, delivery in Switzerland, bank to bank transfert, TTM in Europe & Swiss procedure.

It is important that the Owner and Signatory Seller read and approve of all attached documents.
We will require direct access to the Signatory Seller / Owner.
We will need to know who is in this potential transaction, as this information will be required by us to compile the IMFPA, which we have attached a genealogy tree to be completed.
1. Does the mandate have a signed and sealed letter of mandatory ship from the actual owner/seller, can he be provided?
2. Does the mandate have signatory power conferred to him on a separate document by the owner/seller, can he be provided?
3. Can we have a Bullion Statement from the owners' bank?

If you cannot provide evidence for questions either 1, 2 or 3, we are not interested as all our buyers are now requesting this.
