Request for Proposal: M100 Heavy Oil

The Canada Export Centre is an international company based in Vancouver, BC Canada that fulfils requests for certain materials and services for our global clients.

Our client requires delivery of M100 Oil immediately. This Request for Proposal (RFP) requires that the seller provide the following details prior to June 30th 2010 by 1200hrs Pacific Time. Proposals received after that date will only be consider for future reference.

For the RFP to be accepted all questions below and any other information that you deem important be included in your RFP Response. All RFPâ��s must be in English. If you require additional clarification direct all inquiries to the contacts below.

All RFPâ��s are required to be emailed to the contacts below including the M100 Heavy Oil Index and the Lab Test Report for the product you wish to ship.
Delivery Location:
China: Tianjing â�� Tanggu Port
Delivery Quantities Required:
First six months 32, 000 Metric Tonnes
After that 64, 000 Metric Tonnes
Delivery Intervals:
Once per month
Pricing Required FOB
Client requires pricing in US Dollars
M100 Test Report Requirements:
Seller will provide a certificate of quality of the M100 product to be provided. A sample of the report is enclosed for review and will need to be completed.
