Looking for motor oil line production

I would like to introduce myself: I am a Sudanese businessman work in Jeddah with saudi businessmen in the field of motor' oil recycle industry, we have our own plant in Jeddah- Saudi Arabia (named Alnqil Almutawar for oil refinery).
1) We want a full line production "include all equipments and machines to Produce Fresh Motor'Oil and Grease (from used oil) = Be about 10or 20 or 30 ton/day
2) line production of Barrel (200liters) , galoons (4liters) and Cans (1 liter)
3) line production of Cartoon " for packing ' each cartoon include 24 liters.
In case you haven't these lines it is no problem)) *
