This is to state that our firm Al-Haseeb Traders deals with many public and private sector organizations in Pakistan for supply of various industrial goods on FOB & FOR basis. The items include valves and mountings, pipe fittings, pipes and tubes, gaskets, steel sheets, oil well casings, industrial chemicals etc.

We desire to be your representative in Pakistan for marketing of your products here in this part of the globe. On FOB basis first the quotation is submitted along with 2% bid money of the offered value which may be provided by the foreign Principal in shape of Pay order / Bank Draft in the name of the prospective buyer. On finalization of the deal a contract is signed between the Foreign Principal and the local buyer and LC is established by him in favor of the Supplier. A performance bond of 10% of contract is also to be provided by the supplier. To be able to participate in the tendering process we need an authority letter from your side to the effect that we are your authorized representative in Pakistan. A suitable margin is to be kept in the offer as our commission which shall be paid by you to us on receipt of payment from the buyer.

It is requested that we may please be appointed your representative in Pakistan for which we shall sign an agreement with your esteemed organization. Please appoint us your local agent in Pakistan and oblige so that all pre-requisites be completed at the earliest..

We are urgently in need of a quotation of the casing pipes to be submitted to OGDCL Pakistan as per specification and terms and conditions mentioned in the attached file. If you can supply the material exactly as per the terms and conditions please let us know so that we may procure the tender documents in your name as our foreign Principal. Time is essence of the deal.
