RFQ Details

Our requirement is ver specific to supply 300,000 tons paid by DLC for 25,000 tons per shipment for a period of 12 months on FOB/CIF basis. One of the prerquiste is printing on the bags to be done one side in english and one side in arabic. Only competent suppliers/end sellers need to reply. The desired specs as follows. Detailed Quotation should be submitted conforming to the below indicated parameters or more:-

1. Commodity Ordinary Portland Cement 42.5 R
2. Quantity per shipment 25,000 MT+/-5%(Minimum per vessel)
3. Total Quantity 300,000 tons in shipments of 25,000 tons x 12 months
4. Origin Seller's Option (to be agreed between both parties)
5. Packing 3-ply kraft+1-ply plastic waterproof 50kg bag,packed in 2mt jumbo sling bags.
6. Delivery Size & Schedule One shipment of 25,000mt within 30-45 days after receiving confirmation of LC in supplier's bank.
Shipping schedule to be agreed on final contract.
7. Specifications Ordinary Portland Cement 42.5 R.
8. Mode of Payment Fully funded Irrevocable, Transferable, confirmed,Documentary Letter of Credit for one Month's shipment value, 100% payment on Presentation of the shipping documents, confirmed By prime world bank, for duration of the contract.
9. Target Price US$ XXXX(To be indicated by supplier) PMT FOB/CIF (Incoterms 2000)
10. Destination AWSP,CIF/FOB Load Port
11. Inspection SGS or any other internationally approved agency.
12. Performance Gurantee 3% of the Letter of Credit Value.
13. Duration of the Contract 13 Months
14. Shipping Schedule Schedule shall be provided with the contract.
15.Printing on the bags as per buyers specific instruction.
