Dear Sir / Madam

I represent an independent company that purchases diamonds to supply the retail sector.

We have many contacts World-wide, and as such are always looking for new partners to further our business. We are currently looking for new suppliers to establish a long-term friendly business relationship with. We are interested primarily in Diamonds and Gold, but would also consider other valuable gems and minerals provided they are of a good quality.

Please could you send details of your current manifest, and information on your business protocol (supply methods, pricing, shipping and payment method). It is our understanding that many suppliers do not arrange samples, however we have very particular requirements and would need to obtain a sample so that our lab can run tests to ascertain the legitimacy of the stones/metals. Please advise if this would be possible, we are willing to financially reward you for complying with our demands.

Please also provide full contact details of the person responsible for these arrangements as we prefer to deal with our suppliers on a one to one personal level rather than dealing with a sales team.

I am the sole person responsible for establishing new business within our organisation, any communications will come directly to me.
