We are a start up company and looking for a suitable retrot system for sterilization process of our upcoming food products in the range of READY TO EAT and READY TO COOK which contains high proportion of blended spices filled in aluminium pouches, sealed and then packed in duplex boxes.

We are looking for safe and efficient sterilization machinery.

Requirements are as below :

Our product will be Hot filled in aluminium pouch(HDPE), sealed , cooled and then sterilized.
Capacity of our machine is 20-25 pouches per minute.
Quantity of our product would be 200 gm each in a pouch & dimensions would be 110 X 160 X 20 mm and
Product validity should be one year plus.

Kindly suggest us suitable sterilization machine which fits our requirement. As we are a start up company , also suggest us minimum number of packages that can be accommodated in minimum number of trays. Your feedback and suggestions would definitely help us.
