Looking for Straw Production Line

We would like to produce straws. But they are unusual ones because they must be more than 1 meter long. What's more, it must be able to shape them. It means that if we wanted to make the straw in the shape of for example heart, it should keep that shape and still be able to drink with it. We think that such a straw must be made of two layers: first should be responsible for the flow of the liquid, second should give the shape on the straw. Are you able to produce such a machine? If yes, please give the approximate time you need to make it and cost of that machine.
