RFQ Details

I need small dense inserts to add weight in a plastic (glass filled nylon) housing. I am thinking of using tungsten carbide inserts of approximately 3/4" x 1/2" x .7", but these dimensions are not finalized. I am looking for a supplier of blanks. The tungsten carbide is not needed for strength, only weight, so it could be lower grade.

It would be desirable if the inserts came precut ready for installation. I will need about 2000 pieces for the first run. Future runs of at least 96, 000 pieces for the 7 year life of product.
