Looking reliable suppliers of wheat. Hard milling wheat.

TEST WEIGHT : 78 kilograms / HI
2. PROTEIN : 11% on 12% moisture basis

3. MOISTURE : 12% (up to 13.5% allowed with penalty for %1: %1 basis of contract price). Analysis method will be based on A A C C 44:11.
4. IMPURITIES (Docking) : 1% maximum ( including 0.05% inorganic material ).
5. SHRUNKEN AND BROKEN KERNEL: 5% Maximum (that can pass through sieves having oblong openings) (1.6 X 20 mm).
6. DAMAGED GRAIN: 2% (Sprouted, heat damaged, frost damaged, sick wheat, black tip, pest damaged).
7. OTHER GRAIN EXCEPT WHEAT: 0.7% (Foreign matter maximum acceptable allowance for edible food grain including, corn, barley, soy bean....etc)
