RFQ Details

I work directly for a buyer that is looking for either product: EN590 - Up to 200,000MT per month for 12 months. JET A-1 - Up to 2 million barrels per month for 12 months ULSD - Up to 8 million gallons per month for 12 months Yes we have the funds to perform (POF can be provided but will not be used for seller to purchase allocation) Yes we have logistics handled (we can do tank to tank, TTO, TTV) Yes we have the correct documents. NO we will not pay anything up front We are willing to pay for tank extensions or pay to tank takeovers BUT the tanks must be verifiable first before any payment is made. In any scenario we will not pay for anything unless the tanks and the fuel can be verified first. We will not issue a blind ICPO or LOI without having a name and address of who we are addressing it to. We are open to terms and procedures, and as long as the fuel and tanks can be verified, we can close any transaction within 24 hours. In a perfect world we would love to work with procedures as close as possible ICPO CI IMFPA/NCNDA POP DIP and PAY As long as the fuel and tanks can be verified we can work with just about anything.
