I am looking to find a chemical manufacturer that will work with me to formulate a product that will act as a protectant for vinyl coated, fiberglass insect screening by phifer. The product will have to be environmentally friendly, be able to be applied by spraying on and letting dry for up to a couple of hours. It must contain UVA and UVB inhibitors and plasticizers. I am looking to purchase by the drums or totes. I need a quote on what it will cost per drum, etc. and what would the breakdown be for large quantities. The quote will also need to include shipping to the US.
