Low Cost Housing project in South Africa - 424 units.

Specifications:
- 40-45sqm
- 2 bedrooms
- Living room with open kitchenette
For the kitchen it's only necessary to provide the necessary bus bar and connection boards
- Each room must have 1 light and minimum 1 power socket
- 1 toilet
- 1 washbasin
- 1 shower
- Foundation
- Water supply and electricity to the land will be provided by another company (you only have to connect it to the houses)
- 1 Show house should be provided

We should also talk about the procedure to mount the houses in South Africa.

The next contract is about 800 houses, but this is a little bit more difficult cause its on a stony landscape so we need foundations ca. 50 cm above the ground, but when we have a solution for this we are the only one who get the contract and a following contract from the same municipality of 2-3000 houses on normal ground and soil.

Minimum we will need about 2000 houses a year!
