Technical specifications, description and other necessary terms and conditions for 9000 pieces school blackboards:
- Surface of the blackboard: Metal sheet, thickness not less than 0.5 mm, length -200 cm, width -120 cm (including the frame). The color is dark green. Writing material â€" meant for chalk.
- Frame:
Aluminum material, the angles are rounded, the angles can be covered with plastic material;
- Surface of the blackboard:
Front and back side (surface) of the blackboard is made from a metal sheet, which must be glazed (enameled). The surface cover must not contain organic substances typical of paint-and-lacquer materials.
- The back surface of the blackboard must be design resistant.
For avoidance of sheet bending, the back surface must be covered with a layer of glaze (counter-enamel).
The glazed surface of the blackboard must be resistant to mechanical (physical) impact. After using a chalk, clear and visible traces will remain on the blackboard, which can be easily erased.
- The space between the blackboard surface and the back metal sheet (wall) must be filled by the relevant filling material in order to provide stability of the blackboard. In addition, thickness of the back sheet must not be less than 0.5 mm.
- Lengthwise, in the lower part of the blackboard, must be arranged a chalk holding shelf made from a metal sheet; the width of this shelf must be not less than 3.5 cm and the length not less than 70 cm.
- Each blackboard set includes also a chalk eraser (equipped with magnet).
- The school blackboard is designed for its mounting on the wall (wall blackboard); on the back side of the blackboard must be arranged not less than 3 fixing hooks.
