Buyer Information

RFQ Details

I have several fuel buyers that are majors such as Exxon, Shell, BP, and Major Airlines. They only want to purchase using major procedures not non-major procedures. Needs spots with R&E and some wants contracts. Prices can range from 9/7 to 11/7 using Platt prices not fixed.

Looking for quantities from 5MT to 100MM B ++++++

Procedures that they will follow:
1. Pay Orders will be issued
2. Seller with title signs the pay order confirming price and commissions.
3. Purchase Order will be issued, buy the buyers direct to seller vis secured e-mail.
4. Commercial Invoice, POP, dip test authority letter to be submitted by seller to buyr directly.
5. Buyer makes payment buy MT103/23 for liftable qty.
6. Title trandfer and lift.
