Clearstone Corporation is looking to purchase the commodity outlined below in the quality and quantity below:


NATURAL ROUGH DIAMOND, GEM GRADE

ORIGIN: ANY

TOTAL QUANTITY:
200 to 500cts SAMPLE BUY

SIZES:
3 to 5 carats (45% of parcel to be 4 & 5 carats)

COLOUR:
H and better (50% of parcel must be D, E, F, G)

CLARITY:
SI1 and better (50% of Parcel must be VS2 to VVS1)

SHAPES:
50% of parcel to be Sawables. No flats.

DESTINATION:
Toronto, Canada (The Diamond Bourse of Canada)

SHIPPING:
Secured logistic company via Brinks, Malca Amit, G4S or with the Captain of a registered International airline to the Diamond Bourse of Canada or alternately the seller is welcome to travel with the shipment to Canada.

INSPECTION:
Inspection at bonded facilities in the Diamond Bourse of Canada, Toronto.

PAYMENT:
Made to the owner/seller at the Diamond Bourse of Canada, Toronto via Bank to Bank Wire transfer once parcel has been inspected, accepted, sealed and KPC transfer is submitted.

PRICE:
Target price to be specified on FCO. Price to be negotiated at TTM based on quality, size and shape.
