Manufacturer of Die Cut/Laser Cut Alphabet stickers needed

I have designed a line of stationary note cards, and Monogramed Alphabet Letters. I am looking for a manufacturer who can make "Acid free, Lignin free" die cut stickers of the letters. The stickers could be on thin clear or heavy ivory colored stock. I want the stickers flocked in black (a fuzzy velvet-like specialty coating) with fiber fine enough to most perfectly showcase the design. The finished size of the sheet would be 12 x 18 or 12 x 12. The quantity is negotiable. A company that manufactures stickers for scrapbook applications would be ideal. I would like to get a quote to have these sheets made, as well as sets of individual letters.
