Microwave Link for TV Broadcast

We want a Digital or Analog Microwave Radio Link which allows the long-distance transmission of 1 video and 2 audio signals.



A link that can do the implementation of a hybrid modulation between the DVB-S and DVB-C (Digital Video Broadcasting Cable and Satellite) systems. After the digitalization process, the original signal shld be able to be modulated according to EN 300 429 but using QPSK constellation.In this way we obtain a more robust signal than using a QAM transmission mode.



Digital Microwave Link should be composed of following units:



- QPSK/QAM IF Modulator (with MPEG encoder)



- Transmission Head (70MHz to 2470MHz Up-converter, Band Pass Filter and 10W amplifier)



- Transmitting antenna



- Receiving antenna



- Reception Head (Band Pass Filter, Low noise Amplifier and 2470MHz to 70 MHz down-converter)



- QPSK/QAM IF Demodulator (with MPEG2 decoder).
