Hello!
We are water supplying company in Malaysia and we have started supplying water gallon, pet bottles to different cities including Kuala Lumpur.So, on initial stage we need one programmer software for office in Customer Care Section. In this software we can save our customer personal data and addresses and contacts also.
When we start supplying water in offices, commercial buildings, markets through our sales staff then our sales staff must have one GSM device which is called Data terminal, Data collector or PDA. This device should have GSM technology then our sales staff and Office Customer care Programmer can get easy communicate with our sales staff when they will be in field for supply the water and in mean while our customer call in our Customer care Programmer software will check how many bottles has been delivered to this customer and how many bottles are remaining according to company agreement. Then our Operator of Programmer will send message to sale staff device with customer account number and Quantity of bottles customer need.
Our sale staff will reach the customer address as early as possible with this easy communication. He will give the required bottles, gallons to customer and get the signature of customer on that device with device pen after getting the signature he will send the message of delivery time, quantity of bottles to Customer Care programmer software and in this way we can update our Customer Care programmer software and devices also can check the information anytime.

This is our company Requirement about the Device we want to use in our water supplying project.
