Biomass cogeneration deal structure is based on the new US tax codes; however, this biomass cogeneration economic model is applicable worldwide. In addition, many countries offer incentives for the installation and use of biomass generated energy. We are prepared to manufacture 100 5MW units/plants ($ 6 Million per plant totaling $ 600 Million) and install the same in the US and foreign markets over the next 36 months. The plants will be leased to S&P A municipalities and creditable private parties (a profitable business), and to others for self-contained use, such as sawmills, manufacturing companies, etc.
