1. Seller send draft contract for Buyer̢۪s review and amendment after final contract mutually agreed upon, Buyer signs the contract and provide ATB format, with supercargo and inspector details.
2. Buyer̢۪s Bank SWIFT RWA to Seller̢۪s bank.in the form of MT760.
3. Seller loads vessel in Buyer̢۪s name and send copies of cargo documents to buyer̢۪s bank.
Seller̢۪s Captain issues NOR/ ETA to buyer̢۪s port of Q/Q in any port jn West African sub-region..
5. Buyer̢۪s Q/Q port acknowledges NOR/ETA and the vessel sails to the Port for Q/Q..
6. Seller̢۪s vessel Captain issues ATB + clearance to buyer̢۪s inspector to come on board for sample collection and Q/Q..
7. Buyer boards his inspection team on Seller̢۪s pregnant vessel at his own cost.
8. Upon successful Q & Q, inspection reports are sent to both Seller and Buyer̢۪s bank & Buyer releases $1,000,000 or its Naira equivalent to Seller̢۪s account for logistics..
9. Buyer̢۪s bank within 72 hours of Q/Q, places MT103 covering the cost of cargo, but less the money already paid by the Buyer.
10. Seller introduces buyer to vessel handlers for re-charter.
11. Payment is released to sellers account and all agents and facilitators accounts as per the signed contract.
12. Vessel sails to buyer̢۪s POD..

2.BUYER ISSUE SWIFT OF RWA TO SELLER NOMINATED FIDUCIARY BANK ACCOUNT
3. SELLER ISSUES ALL THE LOADING DOCUMENTS DIRECT TO BUYER NOMINATED EMAIL
ADDRESS FOR CONFIRMATION IN BONNY LOADING TERMINAL
4 . BUYER IMMEDIATELY AFTER VERIFICATION THROUGH TERMINAL OFFICIAL EMAIL ADDRESS OR FROM THE LOADED VESSEL CAPTAIN
5. THE CONFIRMATION WILL ONLY LAST FOR 24 HOURS IN A WINDOW TIME
