â€Â¢ Pipe type : Helical (Spiral) /Straight seam SAW Pipe & HFIW Pipe)
â€Â¢ Coating rate (SQ meter/hr) and coating thickness range : 400 M2/Hr. & 5 mm max thick PE & 400 µm thick Epoxy thickness
â€Â¢ External coating type, such as PU/PE, FBE Single & Dual layer
â€Â¢ Internal coating type such as powder FBE/ liquid FBE
â€Â¢ Coating Standard - DIN 30670/Z245-21, DIN 30678, DIN 30671/Z245-20, ISO 15741/API 5L2, AWWA C 203, AWWA C602 etc.

â€Â¢ We need all equipments supplied like as Preheater unit, sort & grit blasting unit, induction Heating coils, extruders for adhesive & PE/PP, epoxy application zone quenching zone, End Brushing, Holiday testing machine with all pipes handling System.
