RFQ Details

1- It should do both works of cutting and spreading without the need for changing the blades.
2- It should be capable of opening and removing the door, roof, hood, pillars, seats, body pillars, wheels workshops, iron sheets â€Â¦etc.
3- It must be working with an internal power system via external battery chargeable with 220 volts, so it would be changeable while working, with the charger and 2 extra standby batteries so the total batteries would be 3.
4- The battery power should not be less than 12 volt DC, and it should work continually for not less than 30 minutes.
5- The battery age should not be less than (1000) times charging.
6- Long and short electronic links should be with the tool.
7- The combination tool must be capable of being carried around the waist with a belt for the machine and the battery if the battery is not attached with the combination tool.
8- There should be a box for packing it.
9- Minimum spread force should be (170 KN).
10- Minimum cutting force should be (250 KN).
11- The spread distance should not be less than 316 mm.
12- The weight of the combination tool without the battery "if not attached to it" should not be more than 17 kg.
13- All the specifications of the tool from the manufacturer should be provided in a CD.
14- To assure training of 2 workers for each combination tool and insure the spare parts and warranty for not less than 2 years.
