That incurs legal obligations to accept and pay on the stipulated conditions the following production:
We are willing and ready to buy commodity as following.

Origin: Russia, Ukraine, USA, South Korea, Europe
Destination: Umm Qasr, (Basra) Iraq
Length: 11.7 meters
Annual request: up to 15000 M/tons
Monthly request: 1000 M/ton
Period of delivery: 2010-2011
Diameter:
1- 1/2" inch every shipping we need 65 % from it .
2- 1/8" inch every shipping we need 20 % from it.
3 - 3/8" inch every shipping we need 15 % from it.
