I am looking for competitive prices for neoprene fabric used to make can/bottle coolers. I need the source to be Eastern or Western Europe, which I will pick the cheapest of the two. I will be comparing the price of buying neoprene fabric in both Eastern/Western Europe with the costs of buying from China or Taiwan. If transportation costs make China/Taiwan neoprene fabric more expensive I will buy from Europe.
