RFQ Details

We are planning to launch an infantile nutrition industry.(production of infant milk and cereals).
We need all the equipment and raw material required for the following process with prices ,suppliers and availability:
Powder Handling System
The powder transport system performs the following functions: Depalletizing of powder into batch quantities of ingredients
Conveying of inner bags to the bag emptying station.
Conveying of powder from the emptying station to the buffer hopper or the ribbon blender
Automatic blending of the ingredients in a ribbon blender
Conveying of powder from the blender to a buffer hopper
Automatic sieving of the infant formula powder and cereal based baby food powder through metal detectors
Delivery of the product to the can filling line or sachet filling lines
Can Filling Line
The Can line system performs the following functions :
Manual depalletising of empty cans
Accumulation and transport of empty cans
Cleaning and sterilizing of empty cans
Filling of cans
Check-weighing and rejecting of under and over weight cans
Clinching, gassing and seaming of the cans
Inverting the cans and accumulations of the cans for palletisation
