Need Quality LED Bus Destination Board

RFQ Details

1. the board (system) should be able to display Chinese, English and Russian symbols. If system has not Russian letters it should has sufficient amount of slots for free drawing symbols (we will draw russian letters)
2. the memory should be a 700 messages (lines) at least
3. it should be able to display scrolling (moving) messages
4. data transmission: and editing should be by computer may be on SD or flash card because it will be changing quite often.
5. the board should be appropriate resolution for good displaying symbols (better 32 LED in height)
6. high brightness
7. the multi color is not necessarily but desired.
8. 24-28 V DC power supply
9. It should has interface in bus driver cabin for driver has to choose the exact flight from 700 flights (lines) in memory, It should be easy
