RFQ Details

Dear Sellers

Is is our intention to purchase, and we hereby confirm that we are ready, willing and able to purchase the following commodity as per the specification and in the quantity and for the price as specified in the terms and conditions as stated below. This representation is made with full corporate authority and responsibility.

1) COMMODITY: Lead Used Battery

2) SPECIFICATIONS: Drained and/or Undrained

3) Q’ty: Each shipment 300 mt (+/- 10%) minimum, No maximum limit

4) Origin: ASWP

5) Price: FOB Main Port of Origin (We are open to receive your formal quotes and/or SCO)

6) Payment terms & conditions

a)100% Letter of Credit, At sight, Confirmed. Letter of Credit will be arranged before inspection after signing Contract for two years. The Seller need to arrange 2% of P Bond (Performance Bond)

b)If Seller allows us to do buyer's inspection at Seller's warehouse or Seller's yard, we'll make 30% TT prepayment before stuffing into containers and before moving to the loading port.

7) Inspection: The Buyer will do out-going inspection at the loading port in Origin.

8) The Seller should hold all necessary valid international/national permit and license.
